The Ukrainian Bar Association held V Judicial Forum on 29-30, September 2016. Law firm BOROVYK AND PARTNERS was one of the partners of the forum. Bogdan Borovyk delivered presentation on alternative resolutions of domain disputes on the UDRP procedure. According to Mr. Borovyk the Ukrainian segment of the Internet would benefit if the UDRP procedure or another similar procedure is introduced for Ukrainian domains.
